Adams river photography workshop Oct 16/10
Availability update: Sorry… full as of Oct 3
This year is the peak 4 year cycle return for Sockeye Salmon on the Adams river, about an hour East of Kamloops. Join Kelly for an amazing day in the field ( and water ) to capture the majesty and complexity of the salmon’s run on their way to producing the next generation.
The day starts at 0900 and runs all day. Details to be released about specific locations as we get closer to the date. You will need to pack a lunch as we don’t know exactly where we’ll be and we don’t want to miss any of the action which can include such things as: Black bears fishing, Eagles, Ospreys, beautiful fall colors and of course the salmon. Lenses recommended for the workshop will almost run the gamet in everything from macro to large telephotos if you have them. If not, no worries, a medium telephoto will work nicely like a 70-200 for example. I’ll be dealing with things like different forms of movement, dynamic perspectives, keeping your imagery clean and simple for impact and light control. 10 spots available.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
Cheers,
Kelly
